Within the Toyota Group corporate values are very important and often key to our success. Toyota Industries Corporation has Five Values that we take into our hearts. However, being the oldest company within the Toyota Group, Toyota Industries principles are also deeply integrated with the Toyota Group general principles, often recognized in public literature as the “Toyota Way”.

Five Values – Action guide for our employees to enforce our basic philosophy

The “Five Values” were assembled as an “action guide” for the employees of Toyota Industries. Each and every one of our employees is to think for themselves and determine, “What concrete action should we be taking and how should we change?” They will then share these thoughts with each other, and by also sharing a similar set of values they will aim to promote the future development of Toyota Industries.
